I have actually served on a jury no but i have been summoned to serve before but never actually served on the jury neither View Results In my state if you are summoned you are required to go to the courthouse and listen to some b.s. for like 2 hrs even if you don't make it on the jury which it is highly unlikely that they'll pick you anyway. J_Dawg983 09/20/17 2:12:21 PM #4:	I was summoned but shortly before I had to go i got another letter saying I didn't have to go anymore.
