I recently got AHIT. Couples questions.

- How many green diamonds are there per world? Do these collectibles function similar to Banjo-Kazooie where there's a set amount in each world? Can I track that somewhere? I've only played for 30 mins.

- How does this compare to other platforming collectathons? BK, BT, YL, etc - do you like it more?

Green diamonds are infinite to my knowledge, if you go back into a stage you've beaten, you can still collect the ones you did previously. Unfortunely there isn't a tracker per world/level but since the only thing to track would probably be yarn, relics and tokens per world maybe that's why they don't have it. I have seen some people mention they would like to have a tracker though and can definitely see a good argument for one.

In terms of comparisons to other similar games? It's on BK levels for me. BK is one of my top fav platforming collectathons. BK has more content but Hat definitely has more charm imo (and that's saying a lot). The OST is fantastic and the boss fights are so incredibly fun and memorable. I def place it higher than the 3D marios, but the marios lack things that I value a lot.

BK is my top platform/collectathon, one of my fave games ever (though Tooie not as much), so I'm glad to hear that. Sad there's no tracker but if it's not vital then whatever. I spent most of my 30 mins collecting diamonds so I'm glad to know they're infinite and I can somewhat slow that down a bit. Although I am kinda sad they're not finite.

I'll let you know as I keep going.

Mario Galaxy 2 is in my Top 5 fave games though, I loved it. I might get a Switch just for Odyssey. Hopefully AHIT is just as good!

omg this game has so much charm at every corner it's ridiculous

i only have sprint hat and concoction hat, i like both, kinda like sprint more

i've completed 4 missions in mafia world and the intro mission in battle of the birds

everything is fun! :D

got the ice cap, discovered her secret pillow fort :O

i've unlocked world 3 but have mostly been doing mafia world time pieces, also unlocking those challenge rift things
