Weight lifting, partially combined with boxing when I was younger, especially. It ends up being a mix of cardio and weight lifting, because you have to be fluid and high stamina when sparring and stuff.

Firearms, collecting them, cleaning them, modifying/upgrading them, and of course shooting them. I own them for self-defense reasons, but there is plenty of fun to be had beyond training at the range... for example shooting clay pigeons (trap shooting) with a 12 gauge shotgun (or if you have a lot of skill, something smaller like a .410 shotgun.)

Cars, I love working on them, racing them... I'd say collecting them but that takes a lot more money than the above hobby. I go the track when I can, but I'm guilty of occasionally picking on ricers in the street. I love turning a wrench over a beer with a buddy.

Computers, I don't know if this counts as video games, but I love the hardware part, too. It's like working on a car, just smaller screws. I've helped quite a few buddies build their gaming PC for them; sometimes really fun builds like custom liquid cooling loops and such.

Drinking, if that counts as a hobby. I like trying new micro brews (or new beers in general). I'll drink anything, really, I just prefer darker beers. I drank Bud Lite with Kim Coates and Theo Rossi (Tig Trager and Juice Ortiz from Sons of Anarchy), but that's because that was the only beer the Harley dealership was offering. I didn't go "man, I'd rather have a Bud Lite than a Guinness right now". Heh. But my relationship with alcohol is strange. I like to drink to have fun with friends, I don't like drinking when I'm sad. One of the reasons I haven't had anything to drink in a while.

I haven't really been involved in ANY of the above hobbies since the passing of my wife... Including video games...

My job, no joke. I get home from work after sitting in front of a computer for 8 hours and pull out the laptop and do some programming on some random stuff. I just taught myself XCode in case I ever want to write something for iOS (also might help if I ever want to change companies).

Other then that, I do like non-video game Role Playing, although I can only find people interested in D&D I know how to DM Shadowrun. I also read and collect comic books, do home improvement projects, play billiards, and put together jigsaw puzzles.

I like hiking and riding my bike sometimes, but not really that much. I also play guitar and bass but I've been playing them less lately. I try to go to the gym but I'm not like a hardcore fitness guy. Pretty much most of my time is spent playing video games and browsing the internet

My main hobby is gaming, and I spend the majority of my free time hanging out with friends or playing video games...

And besides posting on forums? =p The usual reading, film, tv, etc. I'd go into specifics, but I'm sure Mead would use it to stalk me given that he's already tried weird shit.

Tennis, mostly. Racquetball as well. Those are my favorite things to do, they're just more difficult to do (need someone to do it with, weather, drive to and pay for court, etc).

Manga. I also watch some anime, but I read a lot of manga.

Reading in general. I mostly listen to audiobooks, like when driving or mowing the lawn, but I do read as well, like books and Popular Science and such.

Family. We get together very often considering the distance and we do a lot together, like play board games or spend time with the nieces/nephews. My sister's worked at Wizards of the Coast for over 15 years so we have tens of thousands of free Magic cards we've built up and my bro-in-law has made hundreds of decks, so the two of us play Magic a lot when we're together.

Fitness: running and strength training currently. Going to add swimming as it gets colder.

Reading: I try and alternate reading fiction (maybe 80% classics and 20% current authors) and historical/political/world stuff. I was reading the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire by Gibbon and currently reading Crime and Punishment. I also read a lot of manga on a weekly basis so it's easy to stay on top of the half dozen weekly chapters or so.

Language: I speak okay Japanese and I'm working on my Korean. I need to focus more on this since I need it for my future career but I'm doing okay.

Travel: I do a lot of domestic trips around Korea with my girlfriend and I've been to like 15 countries other than my place of birth.

Photography: Closely tied to my travel hobby but when it's nice out I like to go places and take pictures. I have to do a limited amount of photography for my job so I try and do it well even if I don't use all my gear.

Game: When I was single I'd go out like 2-3 times a week and chat girls up. I'd lump in drinking and clubbing as sub-units of this hobby as they were co-valent activities to it but not things I did much of outside of the primary goal.
