well its not much different in western culture when it comes to pop/boy bands. if you ain't attractive chances are you won't make it far.

There's tonnes of gorgeous Korean women just walking around in Gangnam or Hongdae or other areas of Seoul. And plenty of not particularly hot Kpop girls too :/

Kpop is awesome, but I feel like so many people who are really into it are... uncomfortably into it.
