5/10, and I live here.
Everything good about the state (lots of peaceful areas, mostly friendly people, the Arch, the sports teams, etc.) is offset by the bad (East Saint Louis, Ferguson, bipolar weather patterns, Cardinals fans who think they're the "best fans in baseball" and act like smug assholes, etc.) to result in a perfectly average score of 5/10. --- "Someday I too will fly... and find you again!" http://i.imgur.com/yVQjLSX.png ... My mom's side of my family is from Mountain View and West Plains in Missouri.
