ohhh actually in like 5th grade I had this giant dark green jacket, so I wore that and carried a duct taped cardboard box around and said I was Fat Man from MGS2

luckily no one got it cuz a little brown kid carrying around a fake bomb wasn't the best idea

I wore my normal clothes, and had a temporary tattoo of a zombie bite on my neck, and a quarantine temporary tattoo on my arm.

Both tattoos were from that months Loot Crate.

Yeah I wore a Canucks jersey and said I was a hockey player once. Not sure if it's lazier than the time I put on a wig and said I was young Michael Jackson.

Unfortunately it was the same year that "What Does the Fox Say" came out so going in and out of bars drunk people kept coming up to me yelling "WHAT DOES THE FOX SAYYYYYYY"

I put on a suit and a Batman mask and called it "Bruce Wayne ironically attending a masquerade party as Batman". I got laughs out of it explaining it, though.

Although I at least went to the effort of putting on the black eyeshadow for the Bale Batman look.

Actually, I think I had a "Naked Snake" that was worse. I think it was like a camo jacket, bandana, and maybe a prop box there was no way I was fitting into.

One year I thought I was too old for trick-or-treating but my friends stopped by I had to think up a costume quick. I decided to grab a pair of thick glasses and a sweeping broom and go as Harry Potter. This is before the series was popular so no one knew who I was.

One year in middle school, I just wanted to help my dad hand out candy. But once we ran out, I also wanted some candy. So I put on a solid black hoodie, put the hood over my head, and maybe something else that I can't remember. Said I was a thug.

At least when y'all get lazy, you actually have a character in mind or match what you say you are. This was just pathetic lmao, I'm pretty sure I remember a couple houses saying I wasn't even wearing a costume and being reluctant to give me candy.

Oh, I could also share my girlfriend's costumes from the last couple years. One time she carried her keys on a dog leash and said she was Alicia Keys, and last year she taped a nickel to her t-shirt and said she was Nickelback.

She's honestly the worst person.

in the "not sure if lazy or just weird" category, when I was 11 I wore a ballerina outfit (pink tutu etc.) but splashed fake blood on it and wore a skull mask/gloves with it
I called myself a "ballerina of death"

It wasn't Halloween, but there was a "fetish and fantasy" party one year at music camp. I felt kinda awkward about it, so I got a white t-shirt and wrote "every girl's fantasy" on it.
