Yeah uh...Dak killed me this week in my B8 league. Kamara by himself almost outscored all 6 of the guys that I had going on Thursday. Contributions from Thomas and Lutz gave me a 5 point loss. So that Dak rushing TD that got called back was brutal for me. Or you know...Cousins not throwing to Vernon Davis at all despite the Giants being the worst team in the league against TE's. Playing Rudolph instead gives me the easy win. Pretty much sinks me in that league.

In the league that actually matters...Zuerlein fends off Cooper Kupp to preserve a 8.3 point lead for me. Comes down to my Danny Woodhead vs. his Raven's Defense. I'm pretty nervous. Probably would have been an easy win for me if I had played Dalton over Mariota. QB position seemingly always kills me in fantasy every year.

So guys, take a look at DeMarco Murray. I think he's the first player I've seen to make the exact number for projected points.

Granted, some positions are bs as they constantly put fractions no one can get, so it's not exactly easy to do that. But it's funny.

My league does -2 for a missed extra point.

Not the worst start.

We don't get penalized for missed kicks in our league but the 2-9 person in our league needs Boswell to get 1 point to win his matchup. I mean, he'll get it but it's hilarious that Boswell missed his first crack at it lol

We do:

-2 for missed PAT

-2 for missed FG 39 yards or less

-1 for missed FG 49 yards or less

We discussed the changes and it has come back to bite me a little with Lutz having several kicks blocked lately. But there has a been a lot of hate of kickers in my league so this was a compromise to keep them as an actual position.

so it looks like it'll be win-and-in for me next week, since I'm not coming out on top in any tiebreakers

of course it's against the number 2 team though so "whoops"

If I win this week it's looking like we will have 1 team that is 8-4 and 6 teams that are 7-5 and 1 that will be 6-6 (but easily has the most points in the league) and then 4 other teams that are eliminated at this point. Basically, it's a cluster fuck and who knows how things will turn out. If I lose, I join the 6-6 club and there will be two 8-4 teams and I dunno if I make the playoffs in this scenario.

I could be greedy and hope you drop next week, but honestly, does it really matter 3 to 6? I'm pretty sure I'm in at this point, with zero hope for a bye. Pretty much only way that could happen is if I both lose next week and get beat by Han by 40 points to lose the tiebreaker. (This also assumes Jack Frosts and FFDeez Nuts both win, since they'd need to remain a game up, and they're against #1 and #2 next week.)

Conversely, if Suprak's team blows it next week, I Have a Tebowner could snatch the bye.

Maybe I should wait until Yahoo updates week 12 to actually figure this stuff out, because it'd be way simpler. =x

I just realized going into the final week, only 1 team out of 12 has no possible way to make the playoffs. Top 2 are locked in, and there are literally 9 teams with a chance to make one of the other 4 spots. What a year.

3v12
4v8
7v14
9v11
10v13

somehow we managed to dodge any one game that means something on its own, but most games have meaning with each other

1/2/3 are all locked for playoff spots but byes are in the air
4/5/6 are all win-and-in
7/8/9 are all win-and-pray
everyone else is playing spoiler

Oh I guess I can still make the playoffs in my B8 league. Just need to:

1. Win obviously
2. Nick needs to lose to KCF
3. I need to outscore KCF by ~16 points
4. Another 5-7 team needs to lose or I outscore them by ~75 points (they are playing a 10-2 team so it could happen)

Think I'm gonna start Trubisky instead of Prescott because he's got a good matchup and I'm a Bears homer and yolo.
