I didn't post a post that violated the TOS and got modded for it.

In the accusation that I violated the TOS not one of the terms of a true violation even applied to my post.

So I posted a topic asking why it was modded even removing the only word in the entire post that could be considered offensive and now I'm warned.

It went down almost instantly. Clearly I'm being followed and/or targeted.

Been using this site for nearly 15 years and this is the most absurd thing that I've ever seen.

Would you mind letting me know how long a warned status is supposed to last? It's never happened to me in all the time I've been here and I legit would like to know.

I won't bother trying to argue the unchecked modding practices since that clearly will never change but I was trying to sift through the TOS and I can't seem to find the info for length of the disciplinary actions.

Maybe don't accuse the president of the United States of molesting his children based on nothing? It wasn't the wording that got you modded, it was the statement itself. Censoring the word didn't help your case.

Either way there is nothing in the TOS that says you can't have a negative opinion about the president.

Oh..... the Dexter reference. I got ya. Yeah that was a pretty disappointing season wasn't it.

Part of me is hopeful that the show will magically return someday and then they can right the wrong. I did read somewhere one time that the creators wanted to return to the show but that may have been a rumor.

I'd watch more though. Still a fan of the show regardless of how it was wrapped up.

I can't really accept a moderation if it isn't reviewed and sent back.

Oh you got moderated for that... Hmmmm... I mean it is a pretty fair moderation tbqh. What if someone said you molested your kids without any proof? Honestly, even this post I am quoting here is probably something you should not post either.

I have seen posts of that nature go under the rug and not be moderated. However, I think you should probably just eat that moderation because calling the President of the United States a incestuous child molester without any proof or even allegation is probably not going to get overturned unfortunately.

Yeah, I know what you are referring to now. It just is not going to get overturned.

Whether you like Trump or not, he is still an icon of admiration for many and a role model for many that is looked up to. You do not have to like or agree with what he does, but when you say something that is vicious and not based in any degree of reality, it is going to be moderated.

Like, even now saying "have you seen his photos?" Is pushing it. Obviously over a lifetime, many people have seen photos of Trump and his kids. Obviously over a lifetime all his kids grew up being raised by Trump. There is no allegations nor any credible evidence to support that notion.

You may question the level of nurture or such that you see regarding him and his kids as possibly being excessive, but to say he probably molests his own kids and stuff has definitely crossed a line.

You would not be thrilled at all if someone was going around your town making the exact same comments about you regarding your children. Surely you understand that. And, it applies to Trump here as an icon. These are the kind of things that people tweet, screen captured, shared 100 times, and gets someone fired from major jobs.

Politics is just not a good topic for discussion. People are way too polarized regarding it.

Personally I think it should only count as offensive if you're insulting another person on this site. If I made those comments about you, you'd absolutely have the right to be offended. But if I make those comments about (insert politician/celebrity here), why should we get all offended on behalf of someone who isn't here and won't ever know what was said?

But that's not how the mods have traditionally interpreted the ToS so whatever.

Can you tell me which news site has reported on said pictures of Trump touching his children on their genitalia, hands under the female children's shirts, or making sexual or lewd acts towards them?

Maybe that will help your cause. I am not asking for inappropriate material to be presented to me. I am just asking for a news story which references said pictures you keep claiming you have seen.
