The majority of 1040s I work on currently itemize. But I think it's rare to itemize enough to be in the pink area on the top left of that graph. Higher income earners are much more likely to see increased taxes than lower income.

They're really mad he hasn't signed it yet. Aside from the whole "LOL DUMB CONSERVATIVES HE PROMISED YOU SOMETHING AND HES NOT DOING IT HAHA DONT YOU FEEL DUMB" stuff, they're also alleging a giant conspiracy wherein if he doesn't sign it until 2018, it won't be in effect during midterm elections, and it's so obviously horrible that if it was in effect the GOP would lose - but if it doesn't go into effect until 2019, the GOP will win because people will forget how awful it is.

IIRC Glenn Beck went down a similar road as this with Obamacare, claiming that its delayed implementation was entirely to make sure people didn't realize how terrible it was until after the elections.
