Just go catch one in the cave and it's easy all trainers can actually be beaten with no grinding (in fact, no leveling at all, I completed the game with exp gain hacked out of it once) usually by just finding the right wild pokemon for their teamcomp and abusing the AI being bad --- THIS IS WHAT I HATE A BOUT EVREY WEBSITE!!
