So, in order for these lists to mean ANYTHING....

You needed to have 6 mentions of BotW and Mario. And ONLY in spots 1 and 2.

Of those we had one.... one out of 6.

This was an absurd failure of 3 lists....

Wouldn't put either on my list because I haven't played a Nintendo console game since I last owned a Nintendo system which was the GameCube and even that I bought after it's production had stopped

Not everyone plays Nintendo games, I don't see the issue with not having them on the list. I have literally never played a Zelda game

That said, when I get a Switch, Breath of the Wild is going to be one of the first things I play because it's barely a Zelda game.

I haven't watched WWE hardly at all in the month or two, seems like all the storylines keep going nowhere and very few of the TV matches are enjoyable at all. I'm still keeping up but not watching the show at all.

I have played many Zelda games. None of them are in my top 50 games all time. Adventure of Link might be actually.

They are good games, but not the best thing ever to me.

You should play it.

I feel like most people have been exposed to enough Zelda in their lifetime to know whether or not it's something they'd enjoy, regardless of whether they were the one to play it. I've watched a whole bunch of League of Legends but know it's something that I'd never want to play.

EDIT: I don't think it's bad, it's just not for me. It's fun to watch others play, but the mechanics/gameplay of the series isn't something I'd enjoy playing. Breath of the Wild seems like enough of a departure from classic Zelda that it might be worth checking out.

Aside from AJ being AJ, the SD Tag Division is saving WWE right now. I can't think of anything else doing as much consistently awesome stuff. I mean, the Shane/DB/Owens&Zayn storyline is nice, but god knows if it will actually lead to what Bryan wants. It may just end up like the Miz wild goose chase.

Because Zelda is like an action/adventure RPG hybrid with no party members and isn't turn based. That is not my type of RPG. I want stats, turn based and lots of characters

Yeah, AJ is obviously the right guy to have as WWE Champion right now, and I love all the tag teams in SmackDown's division. But I have little faith in the admins/Owens/Zayn storyline. It just seems like WWE doesn't like taking natural steps in stories.

Example: when Owens and Zayn formed, they won a bit. Then started losing a lot. Kinda became side thoughts for a bit. The storyline soon re-entered the focus of SmackDown, and now we've been teasing the admins turning their backs on each other for, what, a month and a half? Like, damn, either tell the story or don't. It feels kinda half-assed and I am very weary of them going nowhere satisfying with it.

Also, it seems that the WWE hates telling stories through matches now, instead opting to always tell the story through promos. Now, promos are obviously a necessary part of the formula, but not to this extent. Let the wrestlers do things in their matches. Let the matches be the focus of the show most of the time, not the 4 or 5 promo segments, not Enzo on commentary during a good cruiserweight match, and certainly not the every week dodgy finish on a match that should've been something that progressed the storyline.

Totally disagree with this sentiment. If you're telling a long-term storyline, this is how you do it. Nothing is in a holding pattern here. The progression with Owens and Shane has been pretty logical from the outset and giving them more wins as time passes helps build the threat they present to Shane. It makes Shane's anger grow in response and the more unhinged Shane gets, the further from cooperation Daniel drifts. Daniel's character wants Shane to see his behavior as a bad thing; this works well in giving Daniel a slow realization that Shane is the Authority he fears.

Sure, long-term storytelling should be a good thing. It's been done logically up to this point. But, there's been a few times already when I figured they should make some kind of bigger move and they haven't. Also, WWE usually goes way too fast with their stories or they just kill them off before they ever have a chance to flourish, and when they try to do long-term stuff it doesn't work out most of the time. They make a major mistake or two that end up making the whole thing seem bad. So I am not entirely sure if they've got the right plan in action, and I'm not entirely sure they're entirely dedicated to this story. Like, they aren't just continuing to build tension between Shane and DB because they want to, it's almost like they just don't know where to go after this. And I don't like sticking around for a bunch of stories that keep falling off the track like they have previously, so it's hard for me to stick around to see if this one will be good. I hope it is, of course, but for now I'll probably stay away from the weekly programming until I hear that things are good and staying good.
