Are there any Sith left? Was Snoke a Sith Lord? Was Kylo being trained in the ways of the Sith? How did Snoke learn force lightning and his other undisclosed force powers?

Anakin wiped the return of the Sith that began with Bane. The Sith are extinct as are the Jedi now. Any teachings Rey passes from the book of the original Jedi are likely different.

ST should have been about Plagueis returning and Anakin's grandchildren take him down. Skywalkers finally fulfilling the prophecy.

As far as we know, at the moment there are no Sith left. But the Sith are like cockroaches. Someone could easily dig up a Sith Holocron out in the middle of nowhere and start back up.

The last two sith died in episode 6. There are only two at a time, which is a fragile way to go for the thousand or so years it went.

This doesn't necessarily mean that a force-sensitive person couldn't learn sith arts or become a sith.

I don't think he got rekt at all. What happened was all planned by him. He is not dead

It depends on your definition of Sith.
They originated from a split in the Jedi Order where Jedi knights wanted to explore the darker sides of the force, which caused a civil war that lasted many generations. We are talking about millions of Siths here.
The biggest problem was the inside fighting between the Siths, Siths killing Siths because they were too weak, which allowed the Jedis to wipe out most known Siths.
Except one known Sith, Darth Bane, which created the Rule of Two to be able to hide from the Jedis.
So if we follow this definition, then the Sith Order died with Dart Vader. At least with current canon.
The other definition people seems to love to use is to call anybody that uses the dark sides of the force for Sith, and in this case the Siths lives with the First Order.

That said, they could easily change the canon to make Snoke a real Sith.
Like having another Sith secretly survive like Darth Bane that also made a Rule of Two that hid somewhere else. Or have Darth Plagueis faking his death, waiting in the darkness to strike at Darth Sidious once the Empire was created. Or have Sidious feeling the doubt in Vader so he started to train a new recruit that could replace him. Or have Vader train a secret recruit.

Bane wasn't mentioned once in the movies.

Bane was created by Lucas to explain the Rule of Two. He's canon.

Even if you ignore Bane, Sidious and Vader were still the last.

How do we know Snoke is even a Sith? Hes given no Darth name, unless the Plagueis speculation turns out to be true.
