Marriage isn't a must for me. Still hypothetically, assuming I can actually have kids myself then the answer would be no as I'd want my own kids one day and when one person in a relationship can't give the other person what they want it can cause a lot of strain on the relationship.

My dads "GF" can't have kids. Cutting a long story short she's now living on her own and adopted two kids. She did play mummy with me and my siblings for several years when we were young but because my dad used the argument "they are my kids" when coming to upbringing decisions she wanted kids he couldn't say that with. Sounds harsh but I get it. I still find it odd she wanted him to move in with her when were old enough to move out of my dads though. I mean I have at least one half bro or sister from my mothers side that he turned away because it wasn't his kid so why would he bring up adopted kids? Still that's getting off the topic slightly.

My wife had a hysterectomy due to cancer, so I essentially did. This happened after we married, but it does not bother me. Was on the fence about kids anyways. People can be pretty judgmental about us not having kids at our age though.

xD...But my answer is yes, and I already have kids...

And at my age, not sure if I want anymore...maybe just adopt or just take care of my nephews, nieces, baby cousins and what not.

There are waaayyyy too many unwanted kids out there.

Can and did, supposedly. I've been researching natural fixes for the crap the doctors keep feeding her and I'm not discouraged in the slightest.

Even if she couldn't, for selfless reasons I'm happy we could adopt versus having our own because my stomach is terrible and would hate to pass my genetics down. It's pretty bad.

Talk about some fucking paranoia. Awesome.

Infertility is very rare among women. Were talking around 5 percent that are completely incapable. 10 percent have trouble but arent incapable.

Its 1.5 million and climbing. Last survey didnt include teenagers which is a huge thing now and its also the most to be wary of because when they start taking those hormones and crap in their development years it actually makes them way more feminine than the average.

Ive seen so many 19-20 year olds who are indistinguishable except for the dick and I have good eye for transgenders.

The odds are pretty close tbh. Its like 50/50 its a transgender if she cant have kids at all. Im checking the birth certificate for sure.

Its also not egregious. If Im in love I might adopt or just not have kids but if I find out its because they never had ovaries to begin with then that has a zero percent chance to happen.

So basically it depends.

That doesn't make any sense. If you're dating someone you bring up kids and how you feel about them. What a waste of your time dating to one day find out you want kids only to have not known the person you were with couldn't or never wanted them. A situation you could have avoided outright if you just brought it up in the beginning. I had this conversation with my now ex and am glad we did because she'd have been devastated if she only found out years later I wasn't interested and she's in her 30s now.

Got some stats and proof for that? I have a hard time believing 10% of people are male to female transgenders, thus taking out 20% of the entire female populous for yourself...

10 percent is the non permanent number. Its like 5 that are completely infertile and when lower than that. Thats only like 3 million women and I also believe that 1.8 or whatever is highly understated because the survey was unscientific

Are you dumb? The topic is about couldnt have kids not doesnt want to have kids. People dont really get fertility tests that often.

To reply this way sounds you are because I at no point stated that's what the topic was about. However, that's what this particular conversation became due to their original post. If you're serious about having kids, you'd also have a fertility test every few years but you'd know early on if it were an issue if you ever took one in the first place. Yeah, your question is definitely something you should be applying to yourself.
