I am going to assume you didn't actually delete the System32 folder (if you did, you're boned). So I will provide a few things that you can try.
1- Your system may be overheating. Open the case and very carefully clean out all the dust from the fans. 2- The primary partition may be full, or close to. Move non essential files to a different partition and/or drive. 3- The hard drive itself may be failing. This will require you to get a brand new hard drive, and mirror across all your data. --- Talent hits a target no one else can hit.
