Conservative Football Fans in Indiana can now ask for a REFUND if they are OFFENDED by Football Players KNEELING during the anthem!!

Indiana Republican Troll, Milo Smith introduced legislation aimed at forcing the NFL Indianapolis Colts to offer refunds to fans if team players protest by kneeling during the national anthem before home games

He said it would compel the Colts to give rfunds in the first quarter to any fans who were deeply affected by the players attempting to raise awareness on inequality started by Colin Kaepernick by refusing to stand

VP Count Chocula, Mike Pence left during a Colts game after several members knelt and locked arms during the anthem and his exit cost 14,000 which had been "long planned" for Pence to do as Trump also suggested fans should WALK OUT when they see it happen

Milo said "To me when they take a knee during the national anthem, it's not respecting the national anthem or our country. Our government isn't perfect but it's still the best country in the world and i think we need to respect that at all costs"

Colts have not been protesting this season but Trump referred to the protesters as "sons of b******"

Since the one time protest, Colts playrs decidedd to wear t-shirts during warn ups that said "Stand for equality, justice, unity, respect, dialogue and opportunity"

Indiana ACLU executive director, Jame Henegar said the passing of this law is having government intervene and finding political speech as they are trying to cocntrol the direction of political speech of private actors

Milo also sponsored a proposed constitutional ban on gay marriage in 2014 that was strongly opposed by his SON who is also gay.

Lee Draga is suing the New Orleans Saints for a refund of his 8000 season tickets as he claims he bought them for his family for entertainment, not political protest as he has not attended a game since Week 2 as his family were HORRIFIED when some players WOULDN'T SING the anthem. He says the team managers are to blame for condoning their players and not laying down the law

I have mixed feelings about this. If they choose to leave because they're so "offended", then sure. I mean there's worse left-wing handouts than that.

Yeah, given that the NFL bilks American taxpayers and, up until recently had their non-profit scam going, pretty much any legislation which hurts an NFL team doesn't seem that bad.

On the plus side, it's been amusing to watch liberals bend over backwards to defend an organization which they frequently attacked as being deplorable (which it absolutely and indefensibly is) in the past.

It's Ducky, I'm not entirely sure he understands how any of this works.

Granted, on a more basic level, I'm not sure if it'd be constitutional even if it did come up for a vote and somehow passed.
