all these higher-ups at work who i assume are a couple years older than me (25) but turns out they're barely 22 o_o

I've been like that my whole life. Always looked way younger than I actually am. As a dude, it sucks.

I'm 39, and with the exception of a few more grey hairs, I look pretty much the same when I was 18. Oh and yes, I started getting grey hairs when I was 16. I led a hard life in my youth. Carrying sacks of coal uphill on my way to school, in the snow.

At 25 I'd say I have another grey hair or two in my beard each month. Looking around at the men in my family on both sides, it seems our beards tend to go completely grey by 40.
