Like if you had pictures of both there's a chance more people would say Bib is from RotJ then the Doc is from Trek. Maybe. Hell, even Bones as a name has been taken over by another character who is at this point more Bones than McCoy is. Also, Star Wars as a franchise has lasted in a different way than Star Trek. I believe there are more people who have seen RotJ than have watched Star Trek TOS. tl;dr, if someone has reason to know both of these names, Bib Fortuna is an easier to recognize name.
