General information: every generation of Pokemon starts with the first ten in the Pokedex. Five advance. Then a new five face those five, and so on and so forth. This goes until we reach the end of a generation, at which point each round becomes single elimination until we determine a generation winner. At the moment, Jolteon, Feraligatr, Flygon, Gliscor, Chandelure, and Hawlucha have won generations and will be involved in the grand finals alongside the winner of Gen VII, and the three Pokemon with the longest winning streaks (Blaziken, Excadrill, and Zigzagoon) to give us a final ten.
In the event of a tiebreaker, I'll hold a one-off topic to break said tie. Those rounds (same as these poll topics) last 24 hours to determine winners and whatnot. For purposes of this contest, no alts and no rallying. Also, feel free to discuss opinions and predictions and whatnot. Kinda anticlimactic to see Flygon get blown out like that, but it's Gen I versus a surprising challenger in Gen VII's most popular new Pokemon. Will Jolteon continue her reign as perhaps the strongest overall Pokemon on this board, or will Decidueye knock her off her perch? The final two are: Kanto champion Jolteon (16) and Alola champion Decidueye (28). Cast your vote for ONE of these two, and whoever has the most votes after twenty-four hours will be crowned the Grand Pokemon Gauntlet Champion. No alts, no rallying, just vote.
