 Marcus Mariota did just that yesterday in the Titans' playoff win over the Chiefs. He gets credit for both a passing TD and a receiving TD on this play. If that line is accurate, it shouldn't have counted. https://static.nfl.com/static/content/public/image/rulebook/pdfs/11_Rule8_ForwardPass_BackPass_Fumble.pdf It is a forward pass from beyond the line of scrimmage if the passers entire body and the ball are beyond the line of scrimmage when the ball is released, whether the passer is airborne or touching the ground. His entire body needs to be across the line of scrimmage so his foot still being on it makes the play legal
