I don't have a specific go-to, but I have tried a prairie oyster a couple times. I can't recall it being much better than re-hydrating and eating a healthy meal, tho.

No literally. Salts and fat being stripped from your brain makes you feel so bad. So drink a bunch of salt and eat fat. For salts, Pedialyte is a really great choice, but Gatorade works well too. And for fat? Bacon's got you covered (plus adds more salt), but whatever works for you, eat it. ... Copied to Clipboard!

There is this re-hydrating salt mixture I add to a bottle of water, once I drink that I am usually back to normal in about 15 - 20 minutes.

Drink water while you're drinking like 1 glass per drink, then two glasses before bed.

What I do is I just get hangovers more often. If you have a hangover 2 or 3 days out of the week they stop being such a big deal.
