Don't listen to these fools suggesting you use junk/empty calories to gain weight lol. Yeah, you'll get fat but all that junk will hurt you.
Eat healthy and exercise. Try not to use too much carbs like bread or lean meats. Eat more good protein like beef, eat more vegetables. Nuts are good too. Eat so you don't feel dead after lifting weights. --- People are afraid of what they don't understand. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Man youre 5'9" and weighs 130lbs? I've always been small. Even in grade school, where everyone is small, I was still noticeably smaller than other kids. I think it's because I hated meats and eggs and pretty much every protein based food growing up. I never really ate veggies besides cabbage or corn either. Don't really like candy or junk food, so I couldn't even gain the unhealthy way. I always ate jelly sandwiches without the peanut butter. I literally chose not to eat the foods that help you grow.
