Airhammy 03/08/18 1:04:45 AM #18:	Most microwaves have a defrost function. Look at the top buttons like Popcorn and such, one should say Defrost. I assume you have some in-store ground beef on styrofoam. Unwrap from the plastic, put it on a plate, place in microwave. Press the Defrost button then let's start out small. Press 0 0 1, then Start. It should defrost for a fairly short amount time. Like 45sec or so. You can go higher depending on how much you need to thaw. Shave the thawed beef off after each cycle.
