Are you going to argue it? Look at how many points he had, look how many fouls he drew and effectively decimated the inside of the Kansas St D. Look at how many rebounds he had.

He literally put up 18 points and 15 rebounds. (6 offensive), 3 steals, 1 block.

The only player in the same stratosphere would have been Shai who got neutralized completely when they adjusted at halftime on him.

Knox was 5-10.
PJ was 5-7.

Knox did shit on D. PJ played well on D.

Neither had a single assist which is understandable for PJ as he was going straight up and getting fouled a lot. Knox is a perimeter player. That means he was not passing the ball meaningfully on the perimeter.

Anyone who says Knox was the best player on the court is delusional.

Without PJ playing, UK would have been blown out which is comical because if PJ made FTs they would have probably blown out KSU also.

Alright. Well I'm curious about total # of touches each had.

Also it's important to consider specifically 2nd half. Knox was shit 1st half, but was hot in the 2nd half.

In the 2nd half, fouling Washington was effectively a turnover.

SGA was easily our best player that game. He would get to the basket at will and there was nothing they could (legally) so to stop him. So they just fouled.... and the refs never called it. Which makes sense since they were giving the game to the less deserving team.

After that it was PJ though.

Also you can't use total rebounds to say we shouldn't have given Knox the ball more...how does that reason support the main point. PJ can rebound with Knox shooting.

You made a comment about us only doing well against Davidson because Knox was making shots he normally didn't. Not sure but you might have also made a similar comment during the Buffalo game. HMM coach, maybe Knox is working out here in this tournament...
