It's not really a grind anymore. You can get 50k points in ten days by doing 3 of the highest difficulty runs per day just about

Yeah, that's typically all I did, even before. I just left 12 orbs on the table the past few TT's because I couldn't be bothered to grind it out. Doing 2-3 runs a day got me up to about 65k, then I just grind a bit the last few days to get the 3 orbs at 70k.

10 days of 3 runs apiece should get very close to 50k on its own.

You mean if you're trying to get a high score rank for feathers? But if they did that it would affect everyone so it wouldn't actually change how you were ranked...

It's a grind to get a high TT rank because you're literally just competing with people who are also grinding, so it always will be. My advice is just to ignore the TT rank, unless you enjoy said grind.

I like getting the bonus points only twice because it incentivises only 2-3 runs a day, and while I enjoy TT's well enough, any more than that starts to get really repetitive for me.

So, my adult tiki can solo lunatic Navarre in no time. No stamina, and a quick 5 hm for the team. Other distant counter reds may do the job too. I didn't check

I was about to say "cool tip dude!" but my Adult Tiki can't and it's not even particularly close. Is yours merged or getting some defensive buffs or something.

EDIT: Eh actually it's pretty easy if I move her into the forest square to bait the dagger users first-- two turns instead of one but I guess it's quick enough? It's a bit less completely mindless than I'd like I was hoping I could just move her into the center square and battle everyone.

Steady breath and Aether does it without seals, merges, or buffs. Just plopping her in the middle.

Maybe Ike can manage too. I don't have time to experiment now

Yeah mine has that setup. Still jobs by moving into the center square. You must be missing some part of your setup or is she + to a defensive stat or something. Mine is +Atk/-Spd with a +Atk lightning breath if that matters.

Ah. Yeah, a +6 def swing would likely do it.

Maybe I'll make a +Def breath for this if I decide it's worth my time. Probably enough if I also have a Close Def 3 seal on her.

Actually tested it with a Corrin archer and the Hama Ya +2 def boost actually gave her enough to survive so yeah a def breath would be enough.

Amazing pull luck there KP!

Trying to figure out how to auto clear Navarre Lunatic. It's a bit annoying when the level 40 stops body blocking to attack a nonthreatening unit(and then the axe or whatever kills one of the carried units).

But I think I found it.

Legendary Ike. Gave him axebreaker and Heavy Blade seal. It's a bit slow in the sense it takes 4 turns, but I think it's a nice lazy way to do it.

Auto battle works on Navarre's Lunatic map with Tiki. Just need Tiki in slot two, and unequip the weapon and assist skills of the other three

Hey, I'm totally with you on getting feathers.

TT rank is one of the worst feather:time efficiency sources of feathers in the game though... too low for me to care about. (I generally stop caring below around 50 feathers/battle, which is available every day from the daily arena quest and I don't always do it.) If you do, more power to you.

The next rank up for Feathers in a Tempest Trial tends to only be a little higher than the top reward. That's the last one I chase for and so far it's been achievable even without any stamina potions. I think the people who gun for the top tend to spam Auto Battle or simply enjoy playing Tempest Trial to farm for Hero Merit. Although the 0 Stamina maps sort of remove that Hero Merit reason now.

It's easier to farm hero merit in TT than GHB in terms of required attention span because you can press autobattle once to get like 30 HM instead of 5 so there's still some value to it.

looking at those demotions, Klein stands out enormously because now it's going to be possible to get Death Blow 3 to people - he's the only fodder who gets it at 4*. 4* Fae means the same for Renewal 3. time to consider buffing the fuck out of some of my team...

i mean yeah the other greens suck but whatever, i only pull green when there's a focus or it's super cheap because it's my last pull of five.

2 Soren +Spd - Def finally

Fae is now my first 5* +10 and Tharja is two away

Yeah, it's pretty nice to have renewal fodder now that my project is complete. I was finally able to hook up NY Camilla with it. She reaches absurb speed and defense on my flying team so that always felt ideal.

I was wondering how the fuck we were going to beat Legion and Arvis Infernal with the four type teams and then realized these maps have different requirements. I can see the need to give someone a particular Blessing just to beat one of these maps. We get so many Blessings now, so we can afford to waste some. I wish they would do something similar for the TT units. I would rather get another copy of the TT unit than the Blessing

I had to use some extra Wind blessings to complete that Legion quest, but it ended up working. I still have 7 left over so I'm hardly hurting for them.

I beat all of the Legion quests. They were fun! I think my favorite content in the game is stuff like GHB quests that you can't necessarily steamroll with your main team, where you have to use different teams and experiment a little until you find something that works. And orbs being the reward is the cherry on top.

I don't really have any interest in the Thracia characters, so I'm hoping I can use these orbs to finally nab Nephers.

Yeah, I'm a huge fan of the specialized GHB quests. They really force you to think about your team comp and work within the resources you have.

Fae is now done. QR3 will come eventually, but is not high on my priority list. She has 44 speed with Fjorm this arena season.

At high merge levels, some units have pretty absurd speed. I want her to reliably kill Lyn, Nino and the like. Also, breaks wary fighter Effie. The speed is mostly a defensive stat, but she can function on player phase if I need it

I guess that has enough use to justify the slot well enough. If only green could use swordbreaker I would say that one is probably better overall but yeah not a ton of competition in B slot I guess.

The other options aren't so great. Renewal is good for the endurance modes, but I leave QR on for arena and arena assault. I use her with Swordbreaker Eirika and Tharja, so she really never needs to check swords. Consistently killing Lyn is the biggest benefit, but it comes in handy fairly often against other things. My last arena battle had a +10 Nino with Green Gift that Tharja couldn't one round without her buffs, but Fae still trounces it.

I might inherit Speed Ploy from the next GHB unit for her since I'm not really abusing Infantry Pulse in most cases.

Yeah, I definitely enjoy these for the reasons you said. These quests seem to be a bit easier than the last set (due to Lunatic instead of Infernal + more flexibility because you can put blessings on whoever you want) but are still definitely fun.

Oh really?! Lunatic over Infernal is huge. I don't know how you're supposed to beat Robin Infernal without Sigurd. He needed DD plus Fortify Cavalry buff to tank all the hits on turn 1 and another on turn 2. Not that I cared to get another copy of Robin, but definitely glad I got Sigurd when I did

Light Brand not having in-built DC is lame because that goes against its original form

Robin is like the easiest GHB we've ever had. you don't need to tank the first turn like that, just attack with a mage, dance, then draw back or reposition.
