Billy is definitely skilled at these games; he has verifiable Donkey Kong scores in the 900,000 range so scoring over a million would not be implausible for him and thus these scores on their face would not be that suspicious. His overall skill level is not in question, but his "resume" of top scores is now completely broken apart, along with his future credibility.
