Old rankings I did for P3P S-Links. I understand people hating on Ken's, but I thought his S-Link was probably the funniest thing in the game. Couldn't stop laughing at most of the dialogue choices.

Fuuka's English voice actor is pretty bad. The worst of the main characters by a long shot, I think. Maybe the worst main character voice in any of the three Persona games...?

I've been playing Rayman Legends since it's free on PS+ now, and wow, this is way better than Rayman Origins! I remember liking Origins, but I think a lot of the early levels were straightforward before getting more interesting later in the game. With Legends the levels are awesome from the very beginning. There's a huge amount of creativity and variety too, with a few unique levels and a bunch of different level types. Best of all, all the level types are good! I think it's the best 2D platformer I've played in a long time.

Yeah, that was my number one fear, too. He's definitely no Harrison Ford (but who is), but I was actually pretty impressed with the job he did. He doesn't totally feel like Han Solo, but the character he plays is fun. It's almost like you need to look at it as him playing a different character with the same name. Donald Glover totally nails Lando though, with the voice, the cadences, everything.

But overall, it's a fun movie. I wouldn't call it great, but it's entertaining. It's mostly predictable, but it does have a few surprises toward the end. Also, I nearly died when they made a reference to Teras Kasi because I still own that game.

boo p3 the superior persona. Its ending is incredible too. One of the all-time great final bosses and endings IMO.

P3P Female Main Character S-Link Differences:

Magician: Junpei
Chariot: New NPC
Strength: Koromaru
Hermit: New NPC
Fortune: Ryoji
Justice: Ken
Star: Akihiko
Moon: Shinjiro

Additionally, Yukari/Mitsuru/Fuuka are rewritten since there's no romance. Other changes like Yukari is available from the start since she's relieved to have another girl her age at SEES and so opens up much faster and doesn't require any Charm or you being past the Yakushima event, etc.

They're vastly improved in terms of writing too, and you have the Friends/Lovers choice like you did in P4 and 5 instead of having no choice. Romance Options are SEES Boys except Junpei (who friend zones you if you try IIRC), plus Ryoji

And a bunch of the QoL options from P4 are added and improved on. You have Direct Commands and Skill Cards, for example. Only gameplay downside is fusion spells are changed to consumable items which is lame. And non-Tartarus stuff is more VN-like where you move the cursor and click/no cutscenes which is unfortunate.

I guess I should try to finish out this topic so

I've been listening to more Agatha Christie novels lately. She has a tendency to do this thing where the killer seems really obvious in an attempt to make you think there's no way that person could be the killer, including eventually providing a seemingly rock solid alibi for them, only to turn it back around at the end and have that person be the killer all along.

so now I'm trying to figure out if she's doing that here too because the killer seems really obvious
