Faces up to 10 years for each count.

Possibly means he'll spend the rest of his life in prison. What a way to go out.

He was found guilty on a retrial? As in they held a trial and it didn't go anywhere so they rolled the dice on a new jury? What a farce.

A mistrial doesn't get you out of jeopardy. Learn how the law works. You are tried until there is a unanimous verdict.

When pressed for comment, Mr. Cosby stared down, refusing to make eye contact. He then parsed his lips, briefly shooting a piercing look at the female journalist, and whispered "zip zup zoobidy bup!"

That doesn't not make it a farce.

The fact that at least one juror originally couldn't convict means there is reasonable doubt to his guilt. Just because there is a loophole to avoid double jeopardy doesn't make it rational.

How naive is this woman? She consented to him slipping something in her drink. You're a grown adult Andrea Constand. You knew what you were getting into. No I'm not advocating rape. I'm advocating don't let anyone put unknown substances in your drink unless you're ready to do the nasty. She knew. He knew. It was consent. Poor guy.

2 or 3 I can understand being found guilty. When the news first broke a couple years ago and what was it....30 women came out? It sounded a bit fishy.

I hope he gets the jail time that he should face, though with his age and deteriorating health, I probably see him having house arrest instead.

How does that absolve him of putting tranquilizers in her drink and then raping her while she is under the influence of those drugs? I don't know where you're getting your information from, but the jury heard far more and heard these victim blaming arguments as well and they convicted on all counts.

No I don't, I'm calling it a farce that you can be retried after a hung jury.
