Do you think the NBA is ready for female head coaches?

I don't know....i personally don't see a lockeroom of majority minorities taking too well to being lead by a female or giving her much respect

Neat. She learned under Popovich, one of the greatest minds in basketball history, so it would be interesting to see how she does at the top level. She also coached their Las Vegas Summer League team to a championship a couple of years ago, and she didn't have any issues with players then.

hopefully not but then again she always had Popovich as head coach to be a final backup if it came to it. don't know how players would take to her as the head coach with no one else above to be the final say

Being a woman doesn't mean you can't have a great mind for basketball but the reality is the guys probably won't follow or respect you.

She's already an assistant coach and there are apparently no issues with that.
