Says who? Everyone makes mistakes. Especially when they first start a job. You know what I did a couple of weeks ago? I clicked a wrong button and took our entire network offline for 15 mins. I fixed it, explained to my boss what happened, and we moved on.

Always ask questions if you're unsure of something.

I know you are concerned about that paperwork Koga. Take notes, ask questions, go slow. It might take time but that's ok.

Be positive and don't set yourself up for failure. Go in thinking this is just a new game and I can learn how to win it.

See yeah,as long as it not a repeat offence, or something really bad, they usually let it pass if you make up for it.

I for example,has forgotten to email a delivery order in the warehouse, and because of really insufficient administration and communcation as well as transparency of data, it went unknown for around a month, until a costumer one day called and complained why the itemhasnt beem delivered. We tracked it down and found out nobody on the warehouse end received the order.

Thankfully, it is really a slow moving item, and it take months to get one comissioned. I got helluva scolding, but in the end we went trough, and suggested that there should be more transparent data sharing that can easily be accessed by everyone involved, and i did it By simply using cloud services and excel sheet with certain formula and config so it basically can show all delivery orders information, when it is received, when it is delivered, etc.

The first night he just had me watch him do the paperwork, but he just ran through it really fast trying to explain as he went. I was trying to pay attention to what he was doing, but often he was explaining things from several steps ahead that didn't make sense with what he was actually doing. Last night he was going to do that again since I didn't understand what he'd done the first night, I asked him to let me do it and him just walk me through it. Now tonight he thinks I'm ready to do it all on my own and he's going to watch me... I barely started to figure out what I was doing when he was giving instructions. D:

Uh, I guess there's not much to say. Same as before, I did the paperwork and everything. The night didn't drag out like the first night did. The boss guy was watching cartoons when I got there.

Things are starting to settle in, I think. I'm getting the hang of it all finally, although my math at a specific part of the paperwork is always wrong and I don't know why. I even think I can already see a difference in being able to talk to people.

The bad things from last night are... that I had a couple of panic attacks throughout the night. I was already stressing out over all this stuff, and then the guy training me decides to talk about sex for a couple of hours... It just stressed me out so badly. That added stress of hearing about the things he's done, and worrying he'd ask me questions pushed me right into a panic attack. Then I had another later.
...I'm so pathetic...

Koga he probably thinks because you look so cute you've had a lot of girls. If he'd be stupid enough to say anything to you about you/sex, just smile, be mysterious, and say you don't talk about your personal life. You don't have to tell him anything.

Edit:. And this isn't part of your job...learn what you need to learn and learn to be best at it.

Ask him to go over the stuff you're having trouble with and write it down. You can do it sweetie.

I would have the same problem when I had that side job at Staples. Look up some stretches that focus on your back and try to do them when you first wake up. Keeping those muscles limber will help with the standing.

Panic attacks suck. I had one over a job, and I didn't even know what it was. But I was miserable at that job, and was glad when I did get out of it and get the job I have now.

At least you had a panic attack about something he was talking about that *wasn't* work related. At the end of the day you can at least tell him you aren't comfortable talking about intercourse. It'd be a lot worse if he was training you and you had a panic attack regarding work related. Consider this more social training!! I think you're doing great!

If I ever develop a sex like, I might want to talk about it. Not in person to anybody, I don't think I could ever do that, but I'd probably mention it on here. :/

Plus, each night he talks about that stuff more and more. Last night he was listing off everyone we went to school with(he was a year ahead of me) and how many of how classmates had sex with each other in school. Then he was talking about his experiences and it seemed like he wanted me to comment, and I was sitting there trying not to break down. v_v
I'm working with him the rest of the week, I'm sure he's just going to keep bringing it up and start giving more details.

I would have the same problem when I had that side job at Staples. Look up some stretches that focus on your back and try to do them when you first wake up. Keeping those muscles limber will help with the standing.

I can't tell if it's a normal ache, or if it's agitating the injury I have. It hurts pretty badly, but once I get to sit down its stops right away. I'll look into those stretches though.

Yeah, they totally suck. Not too long ago I was applying for a job at a gas station, and sat in the parking lot freaking out. It was caused because the manager stepped out and saw me in the parking lot about 20 minutes early. Those 20 minutes were then spent trying to control my breathing, heart racing, being close to vomiting, and fighting back tears. It was awful, I was shaky and my voice was trembly when I did go in.

That might be coming up soon, as one of the more important steps I have to do has turned out completely wrong every single time. I know exactly what I have to do, but the math just never matches what it's supposed to be. Once they expect me to do it on my own, I'm sure it'll hit.
