Because:
1. We usually settle things with fist fights
2. We have the decency to specifically target who we have a problem with instead of aiming at randoms. Any time an outsider gets hit is typically a "wrong place, wrong time" situation (e.g. drive-bys)

Because black kids are much more likely to be living in densely populated urban areas where gangs are more likely to form, giving sociopathic black teens an outlet for their aggression. White, Native American and Asian kids are more likely to be living in less populated, rural and suburban areas where gang culture does not exist, resulting in increased isolation for sociopathic teens. The school shooter has essentially become their "gang". This latest shooting occurred in rural Galveston County.

Not really. Black males are significantly over represented as serial killers in the US, accounting for 20-30% while white males are like 60%. Not true though for female serial killers, where nearly all are white females, though their motives are quite different.

It is interesting, as his mental illness is being seen as the source of the situation. And May was additionally making a lot of bizarre statements.

In the case of this most recent white shooter, I am sure that mental illness played a part, but the collective discourse concerning this and other "white" shooters is that it is they are troubled white men in a troubled white male society, and that they were "perfectly fine" and just maladjusted.

The black bias I have wants to say that many times non-white shooters are seen as seriously deranged, completely crazy, while white shooters tend to be seen as social outcast and rebels, and thus their reasons for doing so are scrutinized more thoroughly.

Also Darion Aguilar. While not a school shooter (a mall shooter), he fit the school shooter profile. He admired the Columbine school shooters for example.
