So I watched a bit more of Smile Precure and ViVid Strike tonight... yes, I got to that episode of ViVid Strike. Anyone who's seen the show knows exactly what scene I'm talking about. Seeing that scene in the context of the whole episode, and knowing what Rinne became after that, just made it even more brutal to watch.

Now that I've met all five Cures and I know what they're like, these two are are locked in a very close race for best girl. Happy is a distant third, and the other two aren't even in the ballpark.

Sunny and Peace are both great. And I think you aren't giving Lucky enough Credit. Although I may just like her because she was Laura Bailey. Spring started on the lower end, but she really grew on me as the show moved along. Breeze is the weak point me thinks. Just don't care for her character type. The only really solid ranking I have is that Breeze was the lowest. The rest are tied for favorite.

Don't get me wrong, she's great too. Happy/Lucky (this name difference thing is getting kind of annoying) has been really fun as the main pink Cure so far. But the two I mentioned are just so entertaining, and I don't seem them slowing down. The others might grow on me as I watch more later on, so we'll see.

I gotta say i liked season 1 more than season 2, and the ending to season 2 was kinda disappointing but overall this was one of the best animes i've seen, period.

I agree that Season 1 is much better. But Season 2 is still fantastic with some really high highs. I'm probably in a minority, but I didn't really care for the Japan Arc. The best part of it was getting to see Balalaika being, well, Balalaika.

Aggretsuko was great, and that scene was so amazing. More people need to give it a chance, because it was so fun.

It really was. Pretty much every episode had me laughing. It was really good.

To make that scene even better, I just found out the Boss was voiced by Roadhog from Overwatch. That's great.

Remember at the beginning of the season when I said that I had 5 shows I was interested in this season, plus 7 shows carrying over from the past season, and I would have to put some on hold for later because I didn't have enough time to follow all 12 of those at once? Comic Girls was one of the 3 that I put on hold, along with Cutie Honey Universe and Beatless. I did watch the first 3 episodes before putting it on hold, so I have a general idea of what kind of show it's like and what to expect if/when I pick it up again later.

My squads are coming along nicely. I finally have a T-Doll above 1000 CE and a squad above 5000. I also have a third squad that's all around level 40, but I haven't done nearly as much T-Doll enhancement on them and one of them isn't even dummy linked as high as she can go due to a lack of cores. That's basically a filler squad.

Here are my teams.

The A-Team




AK-47 doesn't really fit into the team so much, due to her positioning buff. But she works well as a pure damage dealer, and I'm not pulling her because I love the AK-47.

The B-Team




They work pretty well together, and I like them.

The C-Team




The C-Team is mostly set up because I really wanted to use Tommy and Mosin, but I didn't wanna screw with A or B. The rest of C-Team is mostly thrown together from a few who I had, but didn't care to use, Sopmod and Type 64, and SIG who I recently tagged out of the A-Team for FAL.

Nice. How is Grizzly doing for you, by the way? I've pulled multiple copies of her, but I haven't touched either one because I don't want to raise any more 5-star characters until much later due to a shortage of cores. I'll probably try raising her later though. In fact, I have another 5-star unit (Lee Enfield) in my C team because she's so expensive to dummy link, and her with 1 link is weaker than most of my 3 or 4 star units around the same level but with 2 links, kind of like the NTW-20 on your B team.

Speaking of 5-stars, I pulled Vector on my side account.

Grizzly is great btw, one of the best HG's out, but then again most 4/5* HG's are great given how small the HG pool is.

Though the PPK, a 2*, is pretty good for her rarity too, with proper equipment works great as an off tank, think she can wear exoskeletons in 50/70? that's a large EVA boost.

My teams so far are pretty much my A team, and whatever else i scrounged for the other teams..

PPK is an underrated gem. Between her tile buffs and Annihilation Command, she boosts her teammates' offensive power like almost no other unit in the game can, especially if you have a rifle giving her a tile buff that speeds up her skill cooldowns. Plus as you mentioned, she has fantastic evasion to stay alive and give those boosts in longer battles.

She's among the best 2-star units in the game IMO. She fills a unique niche and does it very, very well.
