He mostly asks questions that are related to older Pokemon games whose game boards are dead. Unless GameFAQs adds an "older Pokemon games" flair to whatever the most recent Pokemon game board is, he can't ask these questions on that board. So a populated social board like this is probably his best place for him to ask.

I agree that he makes a few too many topics asking random questions, and it would probably be helpful if he kept all of his Pokemon-related questions isolated to a single topic dedicated to them. But as the situation stands now, he isn't doing anything wrong by posting these questions here.
