Either Blight or Willie Watt. Any reason you left Stalker off, though? They might have teamed up once, but he was still a rogue (and Curare teamed up Batman once as well >_>). I get ignoring Mad Stan (everybody else does), but Stalker is a bigger name.
Blight, Inque, Shriek, Spellbinder, and Curare were generally the most memorable Beyond-exclusive rogues. Had the series run longer, I expect we might have had more recurring villains. (iirc, The Batman took the opposite approach -- pretty much every episode involved a larger-name villain -- whereas Beyond mostly featured no-namers.) --- (\/)(\/)|-| There are precious few at ease / With moral ambiguities / So we act as though they don't exist. ... A radioactive, glowing green skeleton didn't leave much of an impression? >_> (As for what he did, he *was* TheOrangeMisfit posted... Im actually watching the show for the first time ever! I just started season 3.

Also realized I forgot who Dr. Cuvier was (or didn't recognize the name). That guy was pretty neat. Splicing in general was pretty cool.
