If you accept the deal, you'll be transported to a time when he was at his physical peak, when you meet him in his prime, you will appear as his worst enemy and he will instigate a fight immediately.

Can you take him?

Well, we have 2 grandfathers so you might want to specify which one.

Either way, one of my granddads was a warden for a state penitentiary in his prime and he was also half a foot taller than me. No, I don't think I could win against him.

Actually, now that I think if it, my grandfather on my dad's side was a big dude. 6'2" 220lb with huge hands. He might give me a bit of trouble but he won't have any clue how to defend kicks so I feel like I could win as long as I keep him in the outside in range of my kicks.

My other grandfather served in WW2 but he was also only about 5'7" 140lb.

If we can pick one, then I'd go for my step-grandad. All of them were in the navy during WW2 and then moved on to the merchant navy after, but of the 3, my step-grandad was like 5ft tall and I have over a foot on him.

They were all pretty tough, but of the 3 he would be easiest to take.

Both of my grandpa's were wusses.

One had asthma, so he's an easy win.

The other was in fairly good shape but was a coward. He was in the navy and literally hid and pretended to be knocked unconscious more than once when he thought shit might go down.

Grandpa on my dad's side was a war hero, IIRC he'd gotten a medal for repairing communication lines, all while his leg was shot through and his buddies were getting gunned down.

Grandpa on my mom's side was an all-state athlete.

I'm an out-of-shape fatso who's too lazy to work out.

I'm gonna die, whichever one my opponent gets to be.

There's no way I take this against the grandpa from my dad's side. He was in the military, border patrol, and as a cop he once arrested a guy that broke his arm during a fight. I didn't know my mom's dad but I'm pretty sure I'm way wimpier than he ever was.

Probably wont be taking the 6"3 240lb Judo coach but I would give it a try anyway because I can actually fight and most people who aren't trained dont have much defense against kicks to the legs.

Have a good chance at beating the WW2 Pilot. We're evenly matched physically but I actually know some martial arts.

One time my grandfather climbed onto the roof of a 30-foot-tall building with a leafblower on his back to clean out the gutters. I asked him halfway through if I could give him a break and he answered "I don't believe in taking breaks." He was in his 80's.

After the Army (I believe it was during peacetime) he started a company that laid asphault, which is still a booming business today. For decades he did that kind of labor--shoveling asphault, about 40 pounds per shovelful--in the blistering and humid Alabama summer, compounded by the heat from the fresh asphault which I'm told comes off the truck at about 300 F.

I would pay my next million in wages to not fight him in his prime.

One of my grandfathers (the one I knew and loved) was a veteran and a professional boxer.
One of my grandfathers (the one I'm glad I never met) was an abusive alcoholic that kicked my dad out of the house when he was 15.

So I guess it's a coin flip, depending on which one I meet. The good grandpa would kick my ass to a bloody pulp. The shitstain grandpa wouldn't even be able to get off the couch before I pounded his face in. :-/

Not a fucking chance. The way my mom talks about her dad makes it seem like he was the meanest, harshest motherfucker when he was alive. Big, tall, and meaner than a pissed off hornet's nest when drunk. I remember her telling me that he once held a shotgun up to the local sherrif's face. He would legitimately kill me if he thought of me as his worst enemy.

My grandfather was 6'4" 250, a WWII vet, and perhaps most dangerously, a certified genius. I'm 6'5", 280, so physically, we're even, but I'm not a genius or a combat veteran, so he would probably beat me.

One was a kid in Germany during WW2, then served as a radio-man for the US in Korea

The other, I don't really know, but he was a workhorse well into his 70s (or older, I dunno) and had crazy stringy leg muscles.

I'm a twig with no fighting experience. I think I'd lose.
