Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James revealed that he played the last three games of the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors with a self-inflicted injured hand.

Speaking at a news conference early Saturday, James who had cast covering his right hand admitted to hurting himself after punching a whiteboard out of frustration after Game 1.

James had two MRIs during the series and wore a soft cast when he wasnt practicing, playing or in view of the media as to not give the Warriors a competitive advantage. He would ice his hands after games and used tennis balls to strengthen his grip and to try to push out the swelling on his days off.

Even with this injury, LeBron still carried the Cavaliers harder than any single player has ever carried a team in the NBA finals. And even if he wasn't injured and played even better, it still wouldn't have mattered. They still would have lost the series easily, maybe they would take one game at most.

nah love played really well in the finals. aside from game 1 lebron had a forgettable finals and he disappeared in ot of game 1 and at the end of game 3 when they actually had a chance to win
