I watched about 15 minutes of it and I turned it off. I'm actually not a big super hero type movie watcher, so....

My only real gripe is that it's tied into the Marvel Universe so if you haven't watched some of the other movies, you're already behind. I decided to randomly pop it in one day and was wondering why the hell NYC had been torn apart and how Peter Parker already knew Tony Stark. Had to go back and watch The Avengers and Civil War to catch up to the storyline.

I refuse to watch it because Spiderman was just annoying as fuck as in Civil War.

Some people say that's how he's supposed to act, but I've read some Spiderman comics, and he's mostly witty with a bit of annoying, not 100% annoying and 0% witty.

Keaton really did make the movie for me. I had no idea he was in it; seeing him was a nice surprise and then his performance was wonderful.

Yeah, it was a decent movie, but they didnt even establish that Vulture was really doing anything that terrible, but Peter was acting like the world was at stake.

It's funny because Keaton is scarier when he's just being michael keaton than he is when he's vulture.

Homecoming was the second best Spider-Man movie. But the absolute best portrayal of both Peter and Spidey. Tobey was a good Peter and Andrew was a good Spider-Man, but Holland was by far the best of both worlds.

what even was his motivations. all he ever said was "for his family"

at the very beginning of the movie, he invested all his money in the cleanup project and almost lost it all. i'm pretty sure that would affect his family if he was the main provider, ok?

i don't think it's a stretch for that character to become obsessed with staying flush with cash to provide for his family, ok?

it made sense to me.

Peter's character arc in the film was definitely the weirdest part. I want really sure what he was supposed to learn.

Everything else in the movie was great though.

Going in, I wasnt expecting "Homecoming" to literally mean "Homecoming"

I thought by the way the logo looked it was going to be a throwback to classic Spidey, nope.

Wasnt bad, but... meh
