When we say "we don't have it anymore" what we mean is that it isn't in the system. There's no way to ring you up for it, thus no way to charge you for it. And unless they put bbq sauce on a reasonable amount of other menu items, they also have no bbq sauce outside of the packets. It's not like ketchup and mayo that goes on damn near every sandwich, they don't gathe have bottles of condiments laying around to fulfill special requests like your order.
