It's a lot of fun and it's honestly sort of a personal time for me
I even like to cook for other people but I really need them to leave me alone while I cook lmao

Other meals can be take-out or frozen, but I always like to have at least one freshly prepared meal a day.

I mean, it kind of is. It's a part of cooking. To make my homemade macaroni, I have to boil water for the noodles. So, it kind of is...

Anyway, I do when I have time. But I rarely have time these days. So, sometimes. But not everyday...

I could easily make poached eggs into a meal on its own.

Usually cook every few days.
The leftovers last a few nights and are just re-heated.

Supper is almost always from scratch and lunch the next day is usually leftovers from the night before.

Yes. Two eggs, one sliced avocado, a handful of cherry tomatoes, and an oat/berry smoothie each morning.

Lunch and dinner are meals I make each Sunday.

Pretty much everyday unless I am on vacation.

Yes and no? I'll cook a decent amount of food each week and freeze it so I don't have to cook daily

Dried pasta counts as a fresh ingredient
Canned soup or frozen veggies does not

You can make your own meals out of these ingredients. Going by your logic meat would also have to be slaughtered the same exact day or else it isn't fresh.

I get all my veggies and fruits locally. I stay away from the store crap. I recently made squash blossoms stuffed with goat cheese and fried lighty to a golden brown.

"No frozen veggies" seems like an overly strict requirement for being able to call a meal homemade. Fresh vegetables go bad fast. It's simply practical much of the time. Like there's a huge difference in using frozen vegetables in a "homemade" meal, versus heating up a frozen dinner and calling that homemade.

There's a section in your fridge for veggies, it's pragmatic to use the space properly. From what I remember, Americans either have tiny overhead freezers or a fucking wardrobe fridge freezer?

No. They are nutritionally better almost every time. This is just because most fresh produce has traveled a great deal and isn't as fresh as you may think.

Cooking will destroy more nutrients than freezing. Use frozen and fresh, don't rely wholly on one or another. When you buy fresh make sure you're buying in season locally grown foods that will have a much shorter pick to sale timeframe.
