So at the end of the battle they gave me a choice whether to save sis or Keep The Fire Emblem. I tried to save her but she sacrificed yourself and jumped off the cliff. I'm going to go ahead and assume this would have happened if I chose the other thing. Who knows what horrible things they're going to do to her body. It was a pretty crazy scene. I'm really sorry about your loss, chrom, but uh, I'm gonna go bone Tharja over there

Tharja's a terrible choice.
But, yeah.

Oh, this is a nice time to point out that there's 6 maps that you can unlock now, but can't do until after Chapter 25.

If you go to the Wireless Menu and then access the Bonus Box then go to Bonus Maps, you can unlock them.They're all a bit more difficult than the rest of the game [Excluding proper DLC]- especially the last one "The Radiant Hero".

Tharja is simultaneously the best and worst thing to come out of Awakening.

Best because let's be real no waifu compares. Worst because she represents the frenzy of said waifu-ism that ended up giving us Fates and saturated every FE spin-off since with mostly Awakening and Fates characters.

The Items can only be withdrawn once.
The Maps can only be activated once. [Can't be played until the endgame]
The Characters... they summon what amounts to another player- You can recruit, fight, or buy from these, and can it can happen as many times as you want. Recruited Spotpass Characters cannot support and are bad as a result.

Proper DLC is in the Outrealm Gate.

Lucina's the best-of-both-worlds option (Note: Marrying her completely changes a scene later in the game), but if you need crazy hot bod, TIKI [or hell, Tharja's daughter] and that's just an iceberg tip.

Yep to both.

Lucina's a great option for both ends of the spectrum- story and gameplay: the former, a marriage to her changes a scene after chapter 21 and if you're following it, and do the DLC map "Hot Spring Scramble" after marrying her, before C21, she gets a ton of character development; the latter, if you don't fuck up Chrom's marriage by having him get with Sully, she perfectly meets what Robin wants as a gameplay wife, while giving Robin's kid Aether, which is a very powerful skill, partticuarly when paired alongside Luna.

Let's just say this, there's one skill to rule them all.
Galeforce.

Basically a unit that has it, gets the ability to do a full action after they kill something, like they got Danced. Not exactly hard to discern that "double turns" is powerful.

Chrom/Sully locks both Lucina and Kjelle out of Galeforce.
Both of them can get this skill via other options.
In fact, the only way Lucina's locked out is through Sully as her mother [or Maiden, but Maiden... largely isn't a thing]

So, from that standpoint, it's literally the worst thing you can do, because Galeforce is worth it.

From the standpoint of Tharja's a fucking godawful character who lacks redeeming features, no.
