I like pretty much all types, but I think Jasmine (the kind they serve at Chinese restaurants) is my favorite. I really like jambalaya rice, though. When steaming it in a rice cooker or crock pot hybrid, add into the water about 1 tbsp of white vinegar and 0.5 tbsp of salt.
