How Not To Summon A Demon Lord ep1 - this is definitely a boob show even though some of the girls in the OP are pretty flat. Wow MC has apparently never talked to anybody aside from when playing games. MC thinks megaboob elf girl is awesome because of her boobs. Seems like this might be censored too. Flatty cat girl has a nice butt. Anyways this wasnt really bad and Id say its better than Einherjar even though both are similar in ways. It might be fun to watch a dumb show like this when its done and uncensored. It would be nice to see an isekai show where the MC is actually awesome in his real life instead of a normal guy or some NEET or something

(S;G 0 Episode 16) Looking at the reddit comments it looks like most people are talking about the scene with Mayuri at the end, but man I really loved the confrontation between Okabe/Daru/Maho--especially the scene on the rooftop a bit afterwards. Maho systematically calling out Okabe's bullshit and self-delusions was so great.

It took me awhile, but I finally finished both seasons of A Certain Scientific Railgun. It was fine for the most part but I didn't enjoy it as much as A Certain Magical Index. I felt that Index had better story arcs with crazy magical powers and deeper conspiracies, plus the tension of wondering how Touma's ability would get him out of his latest mess. It also had far better characters, with both Index and Touma being way better than any of the main characters in Railgun. Misaka has never been my favorite and in addition to that Kuroko and especially Uiharu and Saten just couldn't carry the load as main characters. Kuroko was actually a weird case, she was great in that one Index arc that focused on her but in her own spin-off series she never reached that height and was mostly used as a one-note gag character. That was fine in Index where she was a supporting character to a supporting character, but here she was in constant focus as a major character so the same jokes just happened over and over and over...

Still, I don't want to make it sound like I didn't enjoy it. Railgun was more than enough fun to still be good, and there were plenty of awesome moments. I also felt that the second season was a huge improvement over the first, so that was nice. Now that I'm all caught up on the series in time for Index S3 next season, I hope the rumors of a Railgun S3 wind up being true too. I'll always look forward to more in the series.

Watched B the Beginning. This was a Very Bad show, which is a shame, because I quite enjoyed the first few episodes. It was pretty enjoyable when it was the police going after B, and him killing people in various ways. Some people said it was confusing, but I didn't find it any more confusing than it was supposed to be considering that it was a mystery series. A lot of the early fights were pretty good too. If it'd stayed this way I think it could've been a pretty great show (like Dexter or Hannibal).

Unfortunately the second half was terrible. All the answers to the mysteries were dumb, and the villains were the worst. I really wish they'd gotten less screentime because it was painful to have them around. The whole government conspiracy thing was interesting, but felt underdeveloped since we never see anyone from the government and their plans just seem silly. Minatsuki started out alright, but his motivations were terrible and the twist with him being that he's really dumb definitely didn't make him any better. Fake Minatsuki seems like it should've been a cool twist that changes the way you think of the whole show, but it really changes absolutely nothing and just wastes the viewer's time. Gilbert not getting caught for 8+ years was ridiculous as well. Why didn't Keith do something years ago, especially when his stated goal is to kill him? His motivations were also ridiculous. The plan to stop the villains at the end was painfully bad too. I kept expecting the stupid parts of the plan to be intentional to trick the villains into letting their guards down, but no. Keith is really just an idiot. The whole thing with Koku trying to get to the airship was a gigantic waste of time too. He has fucking wings. Just fucking fly to it.

The side cast was pretty good at times. I really like when they come together to help Keith at the end, and it got me hyped up for what happens next...but no, their plans were terrible and Keith just did everything else because screw themes. The women seemed especially poorly treated. Yuna is shown to be a strong swordfighter and Lily is hyped up as being as competent as Keith, but they spend their last few episodes being damsels in distress who can't accomplish anything and just suffer. Absolutely terrible.

I didn't hate B: The Beginning but it felt like two completely different anime were welded together, to the detriment of both. If it had cut one half and used the freed up time to improve the other half, I think it would've been much improved.

Also I swear I barely remembered Izanami until I googled them. I preferred the detective side of the story so I must've forgotten more details from the other half than I'd realized.
