For another, it would be awesome to see knights and sorcerers with a Middle Eastern/Arabian Nights like twist. I think they always want to have a game where the Empire is an involved faction. When the trailer dropped, the first eagle-eyed fanmade map comparison suggested it showed a section of High Rock, but an equally convincing map comparison later on suggested that it was a section of Elsweyr.
