I wasn't sure if Scare was saying I was revealing info town shouldn't have, or just saying I claimed when town shouldn't have (or both). So to the first I reiterated I can't be doing that, to the latter what I mean is I figured when Scare made it seem he had tracked me, it would probably lead to me having to claim. In past town games when something comes up that makes people decide to try to get me to claim, it's generally caused the game to come to a halt until I do because people focus on it so much. So I wanted to cut that short and actually have the day be used productively. The way the day has played out makes me feel like I'm right in thinking it would have become even more of a slog with no one else providing content if I didn't claim early. At least this way even though people are wrong about me, they made up their minds quickly and some of them moved on to other topics.

I wasn't really asking how you currently feel about him. You stated in your low effort list post that he had good points, as if you agreed with his posts or reads on the game. I'd like to know which ones those were.

Or if you were bulls***ting and just put him on your list because of a claimed scan.

I'm sorry I kind of had a tantrum, Puns. I really thought you were gonna leave it the whole day because you had a hunch. You really only deserved one of those "fuck yous," at worst. It's just a bit of a sore spot for me when there's a fake scan and the peanut gallery gets maximum smug and it feels like nothing I do will ever matter. I do think it was a town move, so if nothing else I have that. I think some scum is probably among the people who "believed" you, since there was some real claim hungry people. Even young innocent Death, who somehow both believed the scan but wanted me to claim. Compare that to someone like Crescent, who was irritating but seemed like she whole hardedly wanted me to die because of the scan and I doubt a claim would have mattered to her.

I asked for you to claim so we could deal with Panthera, and you threw a hissy fit and dodged it.

At that point I stopped particularly caring. Your response was intentionally unhelpful and served no purpose but to pull attention towards you, except most people wrote you off for your attitude and that was that. If you'd made any remote attempt to scumhunt or add to the game with any of your previous posts that would have made a difference.

I still think you're scum. I don't really care if he rescinded his claim in that regard. Maybe it drops you from 99% scum to 95% scum if you care. 95% is about where I'd say I have been hovering with Panthera for a while.

And just for reference, your attitude was far more damaging to your stock than his claim. If you want to speak by technicalities, being tracked to a dead player isn't a 100% damning scan in the first place.

Also I found you scummy yesterday as well. Going into today Eaed and you were the first two people I was going after. Eaed to make him start talking after I felt he ducked out, and you because you were trying way too hard to sound like you cared in your posts and it came off as scummy.

Well leo gave me the "your next post better be admitting the bluff" ultimatum, so I respected that. I just wasn't in a hurry because I wanted to allow ample time for people to comment on it and to see where the day went.

I started typing it up when I saw the votals getting high and yeah I freaked out for a second when I thought someone hammered. Didn't mean for it to be razor's edge like that.

The attitude part would be the same regardless, so if that's the part you think makes it damning, there is no scenario where it would be any different, regardless of details or alignment. I'm either honest in how I approach things and enjoy myself, or I'm not and hate playing. Went with the former, this is the result.
