Probably not. There's not much you can do about the face. And if she lets herself go then not only does she not have a nice face but the body is gone too. If it were the other way (nice face out of shape bod) that's more doable because she can always get into shape. There's a lot of overweight girls out there with nice faces that would look really good if they put some effort in.
