It's been this way for about a week now. Did I blow out my knee?

Other than that, I still have pain every day from my spine injury from 6 years ago.

Who else hurts?

My back has been killing me for the past week or so. No idea why.

Other than that I have the regular neck and joint pains that I've grown used to.

Bad knees.
Issues with the bottom of my left foot.
Broken thumb that never healed right and doesn't bend all the way.

Ten's years in the Marine Corps left me with a fucked up back missing some cartilage between two vertebra. This caused a pinched nerved which ultimately caused a fucked up knee.

This has meant that I have been unable to work out for some time and have subsequently put on about 30 lbs which I am slowly working off by changing my diet. The VA finally approved my referral to a chiropractor, just need to get a hold of them to set up appointments and maybe, just maybe, I'll be able to work out again.

Luckily this only happens if I overexert myself but the ball and socket joint of my legs and hip start aching horribly If I work too much. This was a recent thing though, and just probably a result of me getting old as this never happened before

My little finger on my right hand will never be straight again because I snapped a tendon in it which healed badly (I didn't go to a doctor because I was on holiday when it happened)

I have a slightly cracked front tooth from a fight when I was 14

Due to my sudden growth spurt in my youth and weird posture, I'm going to have some serious back problems in a few years I think

All minor stuff. At the moment I'm experiencing occasional shortness of breath which is quite worrying, so I'm going to go to a doctor next week

I played competitive online games way too much earlier this year and I felt something snap in my index finger when I played through some hand pain like an idiot. It still hurts despite me having basically stopped playing video games. I've started working out, doing wrist exercises, and stretching it often, but it's still sore often.

The left side of my neck will sometimes stiffen and make it difficult to turn my head to the right. Often there will be an audible click in/near the cervical vertebrae when I turn it to the right.

Also the cartilage near my sternum pops when I push my chest forward and twist to the right. That's a little painful sometimes.

One thing I'm really happy about is that I've been free of sciatica for about five months now, the longest streak I've had since it became an issue.

Herniated/Bulging disks bothered my back for years nearly every day years ago.
Lately though I only notice them if they become inflamed, then it's awful pain.
I don't know why the everyday pain just kind of went away though, but I'm not complaining lol.

I've had a piece of pencil lead in my hand for 30 years.

Pencil went in my hand as a kid, piece went inside, doc said I should be fine.

Doesn't hurt, never has, but I still have a black dot on my palm. It's weird.

Bad knees and bad back.

I also get pretty severe headaches that seem to coincide with thunderstorms.

My left thumb can roll out of its socket entirely but fortunately it doesn't hurt and makes for a neat party trick.

I am largely inactive. Tried getting back into tennis this summer. Really pulled a muscle in my shoulder bad about 2 weeks in. Took almost a month and a half to recover.

I think I'll stay inactive. Much safer.

I think I remember you saying you're 6'5", right? I'm the same and last year in the hospital I discovered that spontaneous lung collapse is apparently a thing tall guys have to worry about. For me it was always accompanied with some pretty intense back/shoulder/chest pain, but I dunno if that's always the case for everyone.

When I finally went in for it, the doctor almost sent me away with a misdiagnosis, and it was only because I pushed for an x-ray that they realized it and I was sent to the hospital.

I was woken up this morning by a rather intense pain in my left calf. I get these agonizing muscle cramps about once or twice a year, feels like my leg is tearing itself apart for thirty seconds or so and then it hurts a bit to walk for a day or two. Luckily I've learned to deal with them, against all logic that tells you to stay off a bad leg I've found that walking around and stretching a lot immediately after it happens tends to make it get better way faster.

the first time something in your body just stops working the way it's supposed to is a weird feeling. a dose of mortality. like, you can't pretend you're the main character anymore

my first was when i developed "golfer's elbow" by pitching a stupid way in baseball

it sucks, but at least it only bothers me when I try to throw things very hard

It sounds like a Charley Horse. I used to get them in my legs all the time, then I started sleeping with a leg pillow and I no longer get them.
