How's your team doing this year? Are there any other teams you're cheering on?

I'm really hoping that this is the year where the Vikings don't have a catastrophic QB problem going into the season (a problem which has plagued the last two years). I'm worried Kirk Cousins isn't going to be worth the money, but I'm willing to be pleasantly surprised.

Teams I'm minorly cheering on are Broncos/Cardinals (but only as long as Sammy B and Case are starting) and the Jags, which finally pay off this year.

And of course NFC North buds, the Lions.

I was able to grab Zach Ertz at the end of the 5th round in both my money leagues, so I'm excited to have someone starting on Thursday night

In reality, I'm pretty hyped for this Texans team. We finally have competition in the AFC South with the Jags, but the Texans should be a wild card team if everyone can stay healthy

Was giving the Cowboys a chance at a 9-7 season until they fucked up and released Dan Bailey, the second best kicker of all time and fucking up the chance to land Earl Thomas.. They will be lucky to even crack .500.

I've kind of soured on football (both NFL and college) in the past couple of years, plus my Dolphins will be a non-factor in the AFC until the day Tom Brady decides to retire. I'll still put on Red Zone and enjoy some football on sundays, but I doubt I'll watch very many primetime games or care too much about the season as a whole.

My primary focus is still squarely on baseball, and once baseball ends, I'll focus mostly on hockey.

I've tried to get into NFL for a while now but its hard because I work sunday mornings/afternoons and Thursday nights. If I had a team it'd be the Lions, just because i'm a Red Wings fan and it's easy to transition to.

I got a lot more into the NFL as a whole versus just my home team after joining a fantasy team and pickem league. But the fall that I had to travel on a bunch of Sundays it was really hard to follow.

And they will tease you with hope. Usually after they are already out of playoff contention they will string a few wins that make you think they are gonna turn the corner. Then next season it's like Groundhog Day.
