In fact he was originally just an engineer for those 10 years, and was given the title of engineering manager when he returned. I am the only other engineer. And he did. And he never bothered me again. I told another guy this and he told Rick to "shutup or go me" (lol) so Rick shutup and went away. And was never anything but polite and friendly to either of us ever again. It was awesome.
