Bob Uecker is guest commentating for the Brewers game. I love listening to him on the radio, but I don't have a radio in my home so the only time I can hear him is in the car. When I was younger they didn't have nearly as much Brewers games on t.v. so I would listen to the games all the time. So now when ever I hear him it takes me back.

You know that I'm not a baseball guy but I'm pulling for all yalls teams. I just looked at the standings...aren't the cardinals still in it? but the rockz have a game in hand? Is that how that works?

Cards going into tonight had a half game on the Rockies. They're fighting for that second wildcard because the Brewers are going to walk to the first one and may even overtake the Cubs for the division. So it's pretty much Cards vs Rockies for the last spot, and the Rockies haven't started their game tonight but the Cards are getting owned.

Rockies are going now. Doesn't look good for the Cards right now but the Rockies have a spot start/bullpen game going today, so don't expect them to win either.

And there's an outside chance the Rockies could overtake the Dodgers for the division and the Cardinals get in the wild card, but that's pretty remote at this point. Even if we get the division chances are it'll end up with LA bumping STL for the WC. I'd still rather have that happen though because A) no play-in game and B) then it doesn't feel like we're so directly ruining the Cards' chances

That's too bad. I don't like the Cubs or the Brewers (sorry Wii3Kings) and I like the cards and rocks because of you assholes.

also glancing at the standings, I remember in 2016 where the Twins had their historical worst season ever with like 104 losses or something. The Braves where right there with them for a long time but the twins overcame and became the worst team that year. I see that the Braves have been doing things right this year because they're doing much better now.
Yeah yeah, weak division, but still a respectable record.

Those Braves are pretty good and capitalizing on a surprisingly bad division. You can definitely give them credit for keeping it together when none of their rivals could.

The Cards scored 3 while I was in the shower. But now there was a wicked bad play by our RF Martinez that will help the Brewers get it back up to a nicer lead.

Scherzer hit the 300 Ks mark this season which is an awesome accomplishment for him.

I was out sick last monday and hulu worked ad free with my chromecast and I just wanted to watch south park and try and start rick and morty for the 3rd time while laying on the couch all day. Their movie selection is actually pretty good but I'm not going to renew the free trial.

The good news is that the Cubs are likely to lose as well so at least if the Brewers have to beat the Cardinals they can hopefully pick up a game on the Cubs

When the Brewers signed Cain and traded for Yelich in the same day I was excited because I was glad someone was showing everyone how you go for it and I hoped the Cardinals would answer. Now here we are at the end of the year and the Brewers are trying to finish us off. Makes you think. I guess
