Once I get sorta ok with the head and neck I move on to the upper body. After enough practice I move on to the arms, and then the back (or lower body. Whichever order) and etc etc. I try to work on the hands and feet last. It sure as heck won't look perfect or great, but I get a pretty good idea of where each part should go and how they should move. I'm still practicing on male characters with human anatomy before I start the female ones since it's easier to notice how the muscle looks/works on most males anatomies. I can't say I'm familiar with you but it's always nice to see people actively drawing. It's hard for me to judge others since there are lots of stuff about drawing I'm not good at myself. Its one of those things that I picked up on my own and learn as I go.
