You could consider Cissnei to be the "goat" of the contest - the 'weak' character that's kept around to be easily defeated in the finale. Now granted, she is really the G.O.A.T., but for SMFFFC purposes she can be the goat. Every day Cissnei survives is a day a real competitor to one of your characters is eliminated instead. Squall was weaker than normal, Light was fractured, Vanille is Vanille, Minwu is from a game no one played. Forgot who the rest were, but i very much remember saying around round 20 when everyone was saying Cloud was a lock for finals that if thats true I dont want to play VIII in the finals, whoever between Squall and Laguna. As those 2 would be tough outs. The implication being I dont really think anyone else would be a tough out.
